Welcome!

We appreciate your choice to stay at Casa Ambar Hotel & Boutique Tulum, as well as your strict compliance with our regulations, prepared for your own benefit.

All guests staying at the hotel are subject to these regulations during their stay, which constitute a binding contract. Failure to comply with them will result in the Management reserving the right of admission and to refuse service.

Check-in time: 3:00 PM

Departure time: 12:00 hr

After that time, the hotel will be entitled to an additional charge according to the current rate.

RECORD:

All guests must register before entering the hotel. They must present a valid photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. The hotel will hold a deposit on the guest's credit card. All special requests are subject to availability at check-in, are not guaranteed, and may incur additional charges.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION:

The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to casual visitors, and under no circumstances will access to guest rooms be permitted. In case of non-compliance, management reserves the right to order the visitor's immediate departure.

PAY:

Please note that our hotel determines the exchange rate according to the laws and regulations applicable in Quintana Roo, Mexico. Regarding foreign transaction fees, these are charged by your credit card provider for international transactions.

OTHERS:

Any misuse or damage that may be caused to the hotel will be charged to the guest's account.

Making noise or disturbances in the hotel rooms or lobby is strictly prohibited.

The accommodation is non-transferable.

The management declines all responsibility for the loss of valuables, documents, jewelry, or money not under its custody. We recommend storing them in the safe located in your room.
